Monthly allowances for UK voice minutes and text messages can be used for texting any UK mobile network. Monthly allowances for video calls, photo and video messages only apply to calls and messages within 3 UK network.
International use is not included within the inclusive minutes.
When signing up to the half price line rental offer cannot move to a lower price plan within the first 6 months of your 12 month minimum term contract. After the 6 months period has finished, you can move to a lower price plan. However, you can only move one level at a time. This means that if you were on VideoTalk 750 you can move down to VideoTalk 500, but NOT directly to VideoTalk 100. You may migrate upwards to a higher priced plan at any time. If you wish to change your price plan you should call the 3 Customer Contact centre who will be able to advise of the options and on any migration charges that may be applied. You can migrate between the same value VideoTalk or VideoText price plans at any time, e.g. VideoTalk 750 customers can change their tariff to VideoText 750 at any time. When purchasing a 3 Add-On, this cannot be cancelled or changed within the first 6 months of your contract.
